Price

All prices are advertised exclusive of GST and Freight. Once you proceed to ‘check out’ GST and freight will be added. Orders over $200 + GST are freight free.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Invoices will be sent out with your goods and a statement will be emailed to you at the end of each month.

All payments are due on the 20th of the month following invoice.

Since our web store is only available to account holders we do not receive payments via this web store.

Payment can be made via chq, direct debit, credit card etc. Full details are provided on invoices and statements.

Backorders

We hold high levels of stock and aim to keep backorders to a minimum.

Back-ordered items will be listed on your invoice.

Late Payment

Accounts may be suspended if payment conditions are not met. Products remain the property of Independent Dental Supplies until payment has been made in full. Independent Dental Supplies reserves the right to regain possession if these conditions are not met. We reserve the right to charge an accounting fee of 1.5% per month (compounded) for all outstanding accounts.

Privacy Statement

Your Privacy is taken seriously and the details you have submitted on your registration or order forms will be held on our secure server.

We may use the data collected to inform you about future developments about Independent Dental Supplies NZ products or services.

However, we will NOT pass your details on to any other company for marketing purposes.

If you have any further questions relating to your details or would like to remove your details from Independent Dental Supplies, please contact us.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from an Independent Dental Supplies representative. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition. Freight charges will not be credited where goods are ordered incorrectly.

Any typing or clerical error in regards to any price and/or offer of any product on our website or acceptance of any order shall be subject to correction.
