Dentalife Caries Detector provides a visual guide of the location of carious dentin, as infected dentin will take on the colour of the dye.

Caries Detector assists oral health care professionals to locate carious dentin without the removal of healthy tissue.

It is particularly helpful in those 'difficult to see' places, such as Class I, II and III preparations.

Caries Detector is applied directly to the teeth being treated and will precisely identify residual caries, minimising removal of the healthy tooth structure. It can also be used to assist in the detection of demineralised carious enamel lesions.
